How to Install alice software package in Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak)

alice software package provides Web browser (WebKit or Gecko) based IRC client, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install alice

alice is installed in your system.

Make ensure the alice package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep alice *

You will get with alice package name, version, architecture and description in a table
